Usage charges depend on how much you use the platform. Our service includes third-party costs for calls, texts, emails, and AI responses. We apply a 20% markup to our provider rates. Here's a general idea of the typical costs for various services:
Text - $10 = 1200 messages
Calls - $10 = 500 Minutes
Email - $10 = 8,500 emails
Which assets belong to me versus InsuraLaunch?
All assets created for your business—logos, slogans, website images, social media accounts, domains, headshots, videos, and content—are 100% yours. Your phone numbers and email accounts also belong to you and can be ported out if you leave the service.
How long does it take to get my business up and running?
The main factor affecting your timeline is A2P registration for your SMS phone number.
•Phone numbers are available immediately.
•A2P registration takes about 15 minutes to complete.
•Approval typically takes 2–4 days, but may vary.
We also provide a temporary website during setup, but this must be deployed on your domain. Delays in purchasing your domain or granting us access to DNS settings may impact your timeline.
